  • What is a Trancation Coordinator?
    A transaction coordinator assists the agent and broker in the processing of a real estate file, gathers all information, reiviews each document and follows up on the contractual items.
  • What are the benefits of hiring a Transaction Coordinator?
    Besides making sure your real estate file is compliant with State and DRE rules, a transaction coordinator will free plenty of your time to prospect and meet fure clients.
  • Would you contact my client derectly?
    This is your decision. However, it is most efficient if we may communicate directly with your client. We keep you informed of all communications and always CC you on emails with important correspondence.
  • Do You have a cancellation fee?
    No, there is never a cancellation fee. We get paid only if you get paid.
  • Can you help with the transaction I have already started?
    Yes, we can take over paperwork of a transaction already started.
  • What if my office is far away from you?
    We are a virutal service company. You do not need to be located near our office in order for us to work with you.
  • What if I or my Broker loses my file, can I get an other copy?"
    Yes, we never delete any file, once a file is complete we store it in our company server. A copy of the file in PDF format can be requested at any time.
